Fewmaster Toede is a poor hobgoblin, who slowly made his way to the rank of Dragon Highlord by murdering children and blaming his mother. Most of the other Highlords dislike him, for he is an hobgoblin, and has very little control over Ansalon. Is name only comes out a few time during the War of the Lance, and even there it's not much.
